Exhibitor Entry Registration
How to Register
ㆍ All exhibitors must complete Exhibitor Entry Registration by March 30th (Fri.), 2018.
ㆍ Registration Procedure :
Sign up → Select Exhibition → Click ‘Cosmobeauty Seoul 2018’ → Click ‘Exhibitor Entry Reigstration’
→ Complete the form and submit
ㆍ Registered information will be released at ‘Exhibitor List’ on website and listed on official Show-Guide.
(Exposed information: Company name, Representative name, Phone, Fax, Country, Website, Business Classification, Exhibit items, Brand names, etc)
ㆍ Those who agree to participate in the free meeting program, OPEN-NETWORK can use the system after the approval of the manager.
(System opening: February 19th (Mon.), 2018)

1) Official Show guide
- ㆍContent of this form will be put on our official show guide and other official online materials
(Open-Network, E-newsletter, website, etc.)
This will be helpful as it will be distributed to buyers and media in related industries before, during and even after the exhibition.
* You must Register your entry within the deadline, or it will not be put on the PR materials including show guide.
2) Booth Sign Board [Exhibitor Name]
- ㆍExhibitor name will be marked by color lettering on specified white board of shell stand booth and show guide board at hall entrance.
- ㆍExhibitor's logo or C.I. will not be marked on specified board of Package booth and show guide.
3) Exhibitor Badges Order
- ㆍExhibitors will need exhibitor badge during installation and exhibition to enter freely into the exhibition hall.
Therefore, you must indicate the number of exhibitor badges for booth staff. - ㆍCollection: 05/08 (Tue.), 2018 / After 13:00 / Registration desk in front of the hall entrance.
(Badge will not be re-issued, so do not lose your badge.)

Please note that your Exhibitor Entry can be modified until March 30th, 2018 but after then you are not allowed to make any changes so please finish the registration on time.
